Rangihoua Villa
In the centre of the island, Rangihoua Villa is an expansive retreat for up to 8 people. Sitting above our most established grove and olive mill, it features 180-degree Pacific Ocean views and a large in-ground pool. Inside, the villa is awash with all-day sun, New Zealand and European art, ceramics and furniture pieces – both modern and vintage. Outdoors and in, the large open fireplaces, generous living and cooking spaces and oversized dining tables are all set to enrich every gathering.
The Ranch
On Waiheke’s western edge, The Ranch stands in a sheltered grove shouldered by native bush, offering complete peace and privacy for up to 12 people. Inside, every detail invites comfort and connection, including a cosy Studio stove woodburner, vintage rugs, and works by New Zealand artists Pat Henly and David Hessel – while a separate games room gives everyone space to play.
Matiatia Millhouse
Matiatia Mill House is the epitome of contemporary coastal living. Light, modern and private, it offers calm comfort for up to 6 people, close to Oneroa and the Matiatia ferry. Designed to blend unobtrusively with nature, it rests easily amidst established gardens and its native bush setting. Inside, neutral tones and clean lines accentuate the sense of calm. Oversized windows perfectly frame postcard-worthy views, complemented by works by New Zealand artists Guy Ngan and David Hessel.

Five minutes from Oneroa with views over the Hauraki Gulf, number29's laid-back simplicity promises an effortless getaway for up to 10 people. Designed by award-winning architect Andre Hodgskin, this ‘bach’ style home’s floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the entire living space, letting the rich native bush and Church Bay landscape fold around you. Inside, eye-catching design details include Baumann armchairs and vintage ceramics from the Czech Republic, hand-crafted rugs and raku kiln works by New Zealand artist David Austin.
