Shipping Policy

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars at the point of purchase in our online shop. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive email communication from Allpress Olive Groves to confirm your order and provide parcel tracking information.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to 220 countries and territories worldwide.

Orders are shipped with either NZ Post or DHL Express.

International shipping rates are live and are calculated by weight. You have the option to choose your carrier at checkout based on the rate.

DHL orders typically take 3-7 days to arrive.

NZ Post orders take 10-20 days to arrive.

 

Domestic Shipping

Orders within NZ are shipped with NZ Post and typically take 1-3 working days to arrive. Allow extra time for rural delivery.

Currently we have a free shipping offer on all domestic orders $50.00 and over. Don’t forget to add code FREESHIPPING at checkout for all applicable orders.

  • Allpress Olive Groves undertakes all due care, but cannot hold any responsibility for lost or damaged couriered items or customs and import duties that may be applicable or be required to be paid on arrival at the destination.
  • Allpress Olive Groves are not able to guarantee shipping timeframes, as once the goods have left our premises, the items will be subject to the timeframes imposed by the courier company.
