To place an order, simply visit our shop page and add items to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout where you can confirm your order.
For instant order confirmation, you can pay by credit card through our online store checkout.
Once we’ve confirmed your order, we’ll charge your card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Other payments (e.g. bank transfer) are available at our discretion. Please contact us if you’d like further information.
All pricing is displayed in NZ$ and includes all taxes.
We have tried to keep shipping / delivery costs down to a minimum. We make no money on delivery (and actually lose on most orders). Unfortunately, some items are heavy and our shipping costs simply reflects that charged by the carrier (New Zealand Post).
Here is a general postage / shipping cost guide for orders / delivery to:
- Waiheke Island: $5
- New Zealand: Auckland: $9; North Island: $12; South Island: $15;
- Rest of world: Postage rate is calculated depending upon your location and the combined weight of the items in your shopping basket. The final postage cost is displayed at the checkout.
Please note as a general rule, international orders are not subject to additional import taxes or duties (that we are aware of). However, should this be the case in your situation, we will not be responsible for such import duties or taxes. If you want to be sure, you should check with your country’s customs and excise department prior to ordering.

Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. You should receive emails from our online shop system. If you do not, please check your spam / junk mail folder.
Orders are processed in-house, three – five times a week and dispatched as quickly as we can. If we discover any problem with your order, we will contact you to discuss.
Delivery is handled by New Zealand Post and when an order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified by email.
Delivery times are around 1 – 2 days for Auckland, 3-5 days for NZ nationwide, 5 -7 days for Australia, and around 10 – 14 working days for the rest of the world.
Once your items have been dispatched, we have no control on the length of time it will take to you reach you – however, to date we have not experienced any issues.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
It’s important to us that you receive your order items in the best possible condition (we want you to enjoy them!). In the unlikely event that your order is faulty or damaged in transit, we will replace it – please provide suitable evidence (i.e. a photo) of any damage when you contact us.
Whilst we don’t provide refunds should you change your mind, if you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please do contact us and we will respond to you accordingly.
