To place an order, simply visit our shop page and add items to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout where you can confirm your order.
For instant order confirmation, you can pay by credit card through our online store checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Other payments (e.g. bank transfer) are available at our discretion. Please contact us if you’d like further information.
All pricing is displayed in NZ$ and includes all taxes.
Postage is calculated depending upon your location and the weight of your shopping basket items. The final postage cost is displayed at the checkout.
Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. Orders are processed three times a week and dispatched as quickly as we can. If we discover any problem with your order, we will contact you to discuss.
Delivery is handled by New Zealand Post and when an order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified by email.
Delivery times are around 1 – 2 days for Auckland, 3-5 days for NZ nationwide, 5 -7 days for Australia, and around 10 days for the rest of the world.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We try very hard to ensure that your order will reach you in the best condition. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it – please provide suitable evidence (i.e. a photo) of any damage when you contact us.
Whilst we don’t provide refunds should you change your mind, if you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please do contact us and we will respond to you accordingly.
