Tasting Notes (2021):

This aroma is like celery, tomato leaf and caramel. The taste is creamy caramel nuts, tomato building to watercress and a lingering peppery finish.

The anti-oxidant levels are sure to be very high. Previously we’ve described this oil as having an earthy base with distinctly floral and tomato leaf notes, a hint of green apple and a whiff of citrus lead to a climax of peppery watercress.
