PUNGENT the one word to describe the 2020 evoos. A very dry Autumn in 2019 and then a Spring and Summer drought has intensified the tastes to another level with very complex vegetative and herb tastes and lingering pepper at the end. The anti-oxidant levels are sure to be very high.

A single varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from Picual olives. Smooth and buttery, our Picual is always a favourite for its fruity notes.

Tasting Notes (2020):

PUNGENT the one word to describe the 2020 evoos. Drought has intensified the tastes to another level with very complex vegetative and herb tastes and lingering pepper at the end.

The anti-oxidant levels are sure to be very high.

Previously we’ve described this oil as having an earthy base with distinctly floral and tomato leaf notes, a hint of green apple and a whiff of citrus lead to a climax of peppery watercress.
