A single varietal oil made from Picual olives.

This variety has a base note of watercress throughout with green tomato and apple peel flavours coming through.

Serve drizzled on tomatoes, fish and pasta. It makes an excellent pasta sauce if it is added to freshly cooked pasta, with some minced garlic and basil.
